At CARA Skin Care, we take great care in delivering natural and high-quality skincare and haircare products. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare or haircare products
  • Personal care items once unsealed
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos of the product

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
